We were the first lot buyers at Pine Canyon. When we decided to build our "vacation dream home" we
interviewed three prominent builders in the Flagstaff area, one of whom was BSI. After visiting various
homes BSI had built, we were extremely impressed with the quality of there work. Most importantly,
however , we felt very comfortable with Dan and Jon and sensed that they took a great deal of pride
in both their customers and their work product. In fact, our first impressions seemed to be correct;
Dan and jon and their team are very serious about delivering top notch homes.

Not only did Dan and Jon face the daunting task of having to build a home foe an interior designer and
real estate developer/attorney, but they also had to overcome various obstacles to construction which
were unknown at the beginning of the building process. Dan and Jon took the lead in resolving a myriad
of issued we faced as owners and went "above and beyond" any contractual obligations. They were
always willing to offer suggestions not covered by the plans which enhanced, significantly, the final product.

We knew that we had made the correct choice of contractors in 2005 when we commenced the process
of building our home, but that conviction has been reinforced numerous times subsequent to the completion
of the construction. To this day, whenever we discover a problem or issue of any type, we call BSI's office
and they are always prompt to assist us in finding solutions no matter how small and regardless of whether it is a warranty item.

We recommend BSI, without any reservation, as a contractor of choice and would not hesitate to use them again in connection with any future building project we undertake in Flagstaff. They are, simply, the best!

Our building experience with Builders Showcase was fantastic. The relationship we developed with Jon,
dan and Jenny was one built on integrity and trust. Front the start, we knew BSI was unlike any firm: during
our design phase, when Jon wanted to point out a detail we had built in another home, he simply rang the
doorbell of that home and was welcomed with a smile.

We expected some inconvenience during our build simply due to the fact that we were living in the Valley
and building in Flagstaff. However, BSI minimized that inconvenience through conference calls, faxes and
photo emails. When a meeting with the subcontractors was scheduled, Jon, Dan or Jenny were always
present to offer valuable input. Many times throughout our build, BSI offered thoughtful suggestions that
surprised and delighted us.

Builders Showcases quality and workmanship is unsurpassed. The are perfectionists and always delivered
exactly what we wanted. We noticed that most of their subcontractors had been working for them for
quite a few years. Nine months after we completed and moved into our home, an issue arose and BSI did not hesitate to take care of the problem- at their expense.

We enjoyed working with Jon, Dan and Jenny and feel as if we made some friends along the way. We would
